About

We build the part between the source and the screen

Shenzhen Yunzuo Electronics designs and manufactures KVM and AV signal-chain hardware. Switches, matrices, extenders, capture cards, converters and docks — one factory, one specification discipline, one contact for all five.

What we actually do

Most integration problems are not mysterious. A laptop outputs USB-C and the room expects HDMI. A display sits eighty metres from the rack. Four sources have to reach one operator, or one source has to reach four screens. Our product lines exist because those four sentences keep coming back in different accents.

So we build the hardware that sits in the middle, and we keep the firmware in house. When a customer reports that a switcher drops a peripheral after two hours, the person who can change the code is in the same building as the person who can change the board.

We supply integrators, AV contractors, distributors, cross-border sellers, public-sector projects and industrial equipment makers. Some buy one model in volume; some buy eight models in small quantities. Both are normal orders here.

How we work with a new customer

  • 1 · Understand the room — interfaces, distance, control, quantity. We would rather ask three questions than quote the wrong model.
  • 2 · Shortlist, not catalogue — one to three models with the differences written out, including the cheaper one that may be enough.
  • 3 · Sample against your hosts — tested on your equipment, not only on our bench.
  • 4 · Lock the specification — one sheet per SKU becomes the reference for every later batch.
  • 5 · Batch and inspect — burn-in, full inspection, reports, packing for your channel.

  • Questions about working with us

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A manufacturer. Firmware, board layout, SMT assembly, final assembly and testing all happen in our own facility, which is why a technical question and a production question usually end up with the same person.

Which customers do you normally supply?

System integrators and AV contractors buying for projects, distributors and cross-border sellers buying for stock, and industrial equipment makers who need a KVM or converter inside their own cabinet.

Can we audit the factory before the first order?

Yes. Supplier qualification visits, sample testing at your site and third-party inspection before shipment are all normal steps for us.

What happens if a batch does not match the sample?

Each SKU has a locked specification sheet, and that sheet is the reference for the dispute. We compare the batch against it, replace the affected units and fix the cause in the process.
